Our Mission
Women in Network is a non-profit organization founded to promote and encourage females in the professional world by fostering mentorships, expanding networks, and building communities. Women in Network was founded to help members continue to grow professionally and personally by forging a bridge across industries and generations through networking and community-building events.
Fostering Mentorships
We all have a person that plays a monumental role in who we are and who we become. WIN pairs undergraduate students with working professionals, creating an organic intersection where aspiration meets experience.
Building Communities
We understand the difficulties of maintaining strong relationships amidst the day-to-day demands of life and work. Through our events and initiatives, WIN provides a community where women can turn to for support, guidance, and inspiration.
