Our Program
Women in Network is a multi-dimensional platform spanning across industries (consulting, finance, tech, and more) and generations (undergraduates, new graduates, seasoned and experienced working professionals) of talented individuals.
We seek to bridge generations of like-minded, career-driven women through two main pillars: mentorship and community.
The WIN Mentorship Program
Our Mentorship Program focuses on creating meaningful mentor-mentee relationships and developing our mentees both professionally and personally. In this year-long program, we provide valuable resources and mentors with industry experience and insights to support various aspects of career development - from industry exploration to recruiting preparation.
PROfessional Events

Mentors and mentees are paired 1:1 based on industry preferences, time commitments, and goals. Checkpoints are implemented throughout the program to ensure a meaningful mentor/mentee experience.
Career-specific workshops and speaker panels tailored to our members’ interests, covering topics such as recruiting, career pivot best practices, and self-advocacy at work.
social Events
Virtual and in-person events for mentors to connect including brunches, roundtable discussions, potlucks, picnics, cooking classes, and wine nights.

The WIN Community and Network is the cornerstone of our organization. Through various events and initiatives, we continue to expand our broad network and provide a community where women can turn to for support, guidance, and inspiration.

Our experienced mentors come from a wide breadth of careers, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Our mentees are continually expanding and diversifying our industry reach.
